    At Ferro, we use the traditional hot foiling method, applying heat and pressure to permanently imprint each design. 

    Whether created live at your event or prepared in advance, every personalised piece becomes a thoughtful gift, one that is proudly kept and used.

  • Live monogramming is a personalised guest experience where items are customised in real time in front of guests.

    Guests select their preferred personalisation, such as initials, names or symbols, before watching their item be professionally personalised live by our monogram artist. Once complete, guests leave with a unique keepsake created especially for them.

  • Absolutely. Every live monogramming activation is tailored to suit your event, brand and guests. From the products and foil colours to the personalisation options and guest journey, every detail can be customised.

    Personalised gifting is completed in advance, with each item prepared and ready to gift. This is ideal for larger gifting moments, client appreciation, campaigns or occasions where a live activation isn’t required.

About Live Monogramming

  • The ideal booking length depends on your guest numbers, event format, and the personalisation options you’d like to offer.

    We have a minimum booking time of three hours, which is suitable for approximately 60-75 guests. This allows enough time for guests to engage with the experience while creating a smooth flow of personalised keepsakes.

    We’ll recommend the best duration and experience option based on your plans.

  • Guests can personalise their item with initials or their name. We also have a wide range of symbols that they can select from, creating a unique keepsake designed just for them.

  • Ferro can personalise a wide range of premium products, including leather, vegan leather and card.

    You're welcome to supply your own products, or choose from Ferro's range of carefully selected, premium vegan leather products.

  • Absolutely. You're welcome to supply your own products for personalisation.

    To ensure the best possible finish, we'll ask you to provide a few sample items before your event so we can test their suitability for hot foiling.

    If you'd prefer a complete solution, you can also choose from Ferro's range of premium vegan leather keepsakes. Select from notebooks, keyrings, luggage tags and passport holders. Available at direct pricing, each product can be branded with your logo before being personalised live or prepared in advance for your event.

    Packages start from $1,050 + GST for a three-hour activation, with final pricing tailored to your event.

    If live monogramming isn't the right fit for your event or budget, please ask us about our personalised gifting packages, starting from $200 + GST.

  • Ferro’s personalised gifting packages start from $200 + GST for a minimum of 20 items, with pricing tailored based on quantity and personalisation requirements.

    • Delivery-ready finished gifts

    For a more interactive guest experience, Ferro’s live monogramming activations bring personalisation to life, allowing guests to watch their keepsake being created in the moment at your event.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and allow time for product selection and personalisation requirements.

    For live monogramming activations, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance where possible. Shorter lead times may be possible depending on availability and requirements.

    For personalised gifting, timelines are more flexible. Personalisation is typically completed within 24-48 hours once products are received. Final delivery timelines depend on product availability and shipping requirements.

  • Absolutely. Ferro is Melbourne-based and available Australia-wide.

    Whether your event is local or interstate, we can bring the full live monogramming experience to you. Simply share your event location and details, and we’ll include any travel requirements within your tailored proposal.

  • We kindly ask for a large table (approx. 1.8m), two chairs and access to a regular power source.
